“When one of our client’s networks got infected with a virus, our engineers were scheduled to go onsite and restore the network that same day; by the end of that day, half of our team members were collaborating and trying to figure out the best way to stop the virus from spreading and restore the systems to full operations. During those few days onsite, we continuously shared ideas. We ended up installing a loaner server and SAN, to keep the client’s business active while we analyzed and cleaned up their system. Most of all we demonstrated integrity; in the case mentioned above, we agreed to share responsibility with the client for not having a safer network, and actually issued a credit for time spent on restoring the network.” – Alina Rus |
