Core Value #1 |
Which means that… |
|
Grow Stemp values knowledge and wisdom as traits that enable Stemp to support our clients effectively. However, knowledge and wisdom do not appear on their own, cannot be gained through artificial means, and take years to acquire. This is why Stemp embraces learning and growth. |
Learn We absorb knowledge from any and all available sources. We are self-motivated to always look ahead, to build on yesterday’s achievements as we prepare for tomorrow’s challenges. Do We practice what we have learned by executing the task on our own. The Stemp team believes that “Vision without execution is hallucination” (Thomas Edison). We grow through our actions and efforts. Mentor We teach and mentor others what we have learned so they may also grow and develop. We believe that the best way to learn is to teach. Sacrifice Sacrifice demonstrates our commitment to learning and growth. We recognize that learning everything that we would like to know cannot be achieved during working hours and thus we regularly invest personal time in learning and teaching. |

“When I was first starting out with Stemp, I was unable to add a computer to the domain. I escalated the issue to Morris who found that I had set the DNS server to 4.2.2.2 instead of the Domain Controller. He explained that having the domain controller as the DNS server is a core component of being a part of the domain; the domain controller defines the security, and the relationships with the other computers on the domain. Making the DC the primary DNS server has now become part of Stemp’s training program” – Sam Stemp |
