Just a note to let you know that I was extremely happy with the help I received this morning from Joe. I had a pernicious and debilitating computer virus, which generated extraneous file extensions on many of my files and programs, and as a result, I could not run any of my programs or access any of my files. Joe was professional, courteous, quick, and most importantly, extremely competent and effective. By 11:00 I was back up and running cleanly. —
Joe, I just want to thank you once again for taking the time to program those computers that we donated. I dropped them off this weekend and everyone was very thankful and very happy. Just to let you know, Joe really went above and beyond to get my iPhone Contacts cleaned up and functional. Not to go into all the technical details, he called Apple Support multiple times, called me back > 6 times, called me from home and went the extra mile. Kudos to Stemp for a great employee. —
I just wanted to tell you that Kurt was fantastic with the auditors, he was professional and so knowledgeable in his answers and his presentation to the senior auditor that was in charge of the IT component. After Kurt left she actually informed me that she was very impressed with Kurt and the information he was able to give... You both should be very proud of how Kurt represents your corporation. —

Jose did a wonderful job. He explained to J in detail the setup and the configuration of the laptops. After he was done with J, Jose also briefly explained his tasks to me. I was very impressed with Jose’s work here today. I am also very pleased to see the organization of his tasks and how everything was completely packed and arranged in the order that they were needed. —
I want to congratulate you and your team. From my view this was a very difficult project and Steven and Peter showed the upmost professionalism under difficult circumstances. Without the whole team including, Martin, Dan, Kurt and you, I would never imagine this project being completed.

I had a chance to work with Asad, last night – actually middle of the night. He helped me with number of issues. For middle of the night he was awake & resourceful. He was confident, focused, and quick in executing his ideas in resolving these issues.

Recently our incumbent local carrier experienced underground cable issues and 5 of our 9 point to point circuits went down. This could have meant disaster for our satellite offices accessing our EMR here at the main location. All of the failover measures Stemp put in place kicked in automatically, our EMR system was accessible, and we could see patients from all satellite locations. Kudos to Stemp Systems for keeping our best interests in mind when designing our network configuration. —

The products and services Stemp provides are a mission critical piece of what we do. We can work without other supplies. There are work arounds. But when we lose our computer system, it’s a disaster. There are few things we buy that are as critical as that … maybe electricity, telephones. But even without telephones we don’t have to turn patients away. Without computers, we’re flying blind. —
I’m sure my network is far more advanced than most of my colleagues in the New Haven community. One group uses a ‘Nerds on call’ type of company as their IT people. These companies are fine for home repair or small business IT but I wouldn’t trust them with 20,000 confidential patient records. Stemp Systems is always one step ahead. —

We were originally referred to someone to build our network; the person came, and he didn’t know what he was doing. What was worse was that I didn’t know that he was inept until it was too late. As our EMR go-live date approached, it became apparent that I needed someone else. Stemp Systems came to us on a Thursday worked literally 24 hours, day and night, through the weekend, so that we could go-live on Monday morning. —
