Stemp Systems has installed and supported hundreds of multi-vendor technology solutions. This includes guiding hundreds of medical clients through the implementation and successful use of EHR (electronic health record) systems.

We often get asked, what makes us different.  Let us start by sharing a story that is on our Technical Services home page because it demonstrates how committed we are to help you avoid technology hassles.

Recently at 9:05 p.m., a Stemp technician began routine work patching a critical VMware ESX server with latest updates, BIOS, and firmware.  Upon rebooting the server, one of the DIMM memory modules was diagnosed by the internal server diagnostic system to be defective and the server would not boot.  Without this server, no one would be able to login to the network the next morning, print, gain access to any local files, or efficiently use the electronic medical record system.

The Stemp technical team worked through the evening on the problem including driving the server to our offices to test various spare parts to resolve the situation.  A solution was found around 3:00 a.m.  The server was returned to the client’s offices, reinstalled and tested prior to when they opened the doors at 7:00 a.m.

The result:  The client did not even realize there had been a problem until they received a report from us later in the day.

THE BOTTOM LINE:  We serve your company as though it is our own.
